As we are operating a pre-order service, we will notify you by email when your order is ready to be dispatched. On ordering you will have seen the date the product will be ready to be shipped.

How much is delivery?
For UK customers it is £5, for Europe it is £15 and for the rest of the world it is £25. Please note these deliveries charges are all non-refundable and any import duties are the responsibility of the purchasers.
Returns and refunds
If you’ve received your garment and it doesn’t fit, we will happily do a size exchange if the garment is in as new, re-sellable condition. Please let us know by sending us an email, email@example.com.
All exchanges and refunds need to be done within 30 days of receipt of delivery. If you require a refund, the same applies and the garment needs to be in unworn state. Please do get in touch straight away if you have any questions or problems with your order. We may be able to resolve the problem over the phone or by email.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any customs duties or taxes, please do email us first with your order details.
Need to cancel your order? Please do get in touch with us as soon as you can. We will allow up to 2 weeks for order cancellations.
Repair of damage
If for any reason you have an issue with you item, i.e. damage etc. Please drop us an email and we offer a repair service as well.
